May has arrived at St Pancras London, bringing fresh menus, new flavours and a lively atmosphere across the building.
At the centre of it all is Booking Office 1869, where the new spring menu focuses on seasonal ingredients and lighter dishes. Built around fresh, locally sourced produce, it’s a menu designed for easy, relaxed dining. As the day goes on, the space shifts from a calm daytime setting into something more energetic, with DJ sessions on Friday and Saturday nights from 9:00pm to 1:00am.
Sundays offer something a little different. There’s a Jazz Brunch with live music and cocktails from 12–3pm, or for something more traditional, a classic Sunday Roast served from 12–5pm. Guests can also choose a three-course Sunday roast menu for £60 per person.
For a quieter moment, The Hansom has recently introduced its new Spring Afternoon Tea, and we think it might be our best one yet. The menu has been refreshed for the season, with a focus on simple, well-balanced flavours and beautifully curated pastries. Served from 1:00pm–5:00pm, it’s accompanied by a live violinist on Fridays and Saturdays, adding to the relaxed setting.
St Pancras Terrace is now open for the season. In partnership with Laurent-Perrier, guests can enjoy oysters, Champagne and seasonal dishes in an open-air space overlooking the city. This season is all about good food, good company, and taking the time to enjoy both!
