Raise a glass to the Midland Grand Hotel, opened May 5th 1873. Each evening at 5.05pm, guests join the 505 Ritual in The Booking Office to craft a signature Victorian Rum Punch with a mixologist.
Time stands still each evening at 7.35pm in the Hansom. Inspired by British Gin & Tea Culture, tea infused Booth’s Finest Old Dry Gin is cold infused overnight, then carbonated before guests raise their glasses in a journey through time.
